Our KCPHC had another great turnout for our May Phlocking on the 4th. Our Charity for May was VCP, Veterans Community Project. Once again, our Charity Director, Carolyn Nicks put together two amazing baskets for our raffle. We raised a whopping $600.00 for VCP.  There were also several bags of bird seed and more cash donated for Wendy Williams’s brother’s care facilities’ bird feeders.  This time we met at The Other Place in Overland Park, KS. This was our first Phlocking there and the location did not disappoint. We had a very nice area to hang out and an excellent bar tender who took very good care of us for food and drink. It was a fun evening with great food and conversation. It was also our El Presidente Lou Manker’s birthday. We even had a couple of surprise guests (members) show up tonight. Dan Blanchette and Mary Shields who now live in Florida.

Fantastic Job KCPHC! This is what we are all about. Partying with a Purpose!
