This year our Christmas Party on December 7th at The Legacy Bar & Grill was a resounding success. We had a phenomenal turnout, and we were entertained by some outstanding musicians. During our social hour we were entertained by the incredible Candice Hill on steel drums. Candice was then followed by the Nace Brothers Band, if not the best, one of the most phenomenal bands in this part of the country. We had a great selection of raffle and auction items. Our Charity for the month of December was Love Fund for Children. Dionne Pleasant, Executive Director of Love Fund for Children, was in attendance and she gave a great talk about this amazing charity. We raised an incredible $2882.00. Outstanding job KCPHC! We have received many positive comments about what a great Christmas party it was. Thanks to our members who traveled from as far away as Illinois, the St Lous area, Springfield, MO, and South Florida. Plus, all our members and friends locally who attended. Also, in attendance were Ricky Lamb and Bryton Stoll, two of the best Trop Rock artists in the nation, whose only jobs, this time, were to have fun.
