On June 1st our Club celebrated it’s 29th Birthday. We had a GREAT turnout, and it was a fun afternoon with cocktails, conversation, games and great food. The attached photo doesn’t show everyone who attended. We had guests from Wyoming to Illinois who traveled hundreds of miles to be here. We raised $500.00 for our June charity, Happy Bottoms. We also gained a few new members to our Club. Thanks to all who showed up early to help set up. Once again Carolyn Nicks put together some fantastic raffle prizes & baskets! Later on in the evening we were entertained by River Road Trio. This band from suburban Chicago was phenomenal! Thank you, Lou and Julia Manker, for hosting this event. We are so fortunate to have a place like Mankeritaville for events of this nature. We can’t thank you enough. Now, on to next year and our 30th Birthday! It will be something special!
